Welcome to registration for the 2026 annual conference of the Leisure Studies Association, co-Chaired by Brunel University of London and North Carolina State University, held at our west London Brunel campus, UK.

There are a range of registration options, including: early bird, PGR/student/unwaged, Global South scholars, and of course, being a member of the LSA brings the cost down a little more. Recognising the financial challenges that face many of us and our institutions, we have taken the decision to hold fees at 2025 rates. Every little helps. Make sure you select the option that is best for you.

Please note, early bird registration closes on the 2nd May 2026.

The conference organising committee is looking forward to welcoming you to what promises to be an event that brings scholars, practitioners, and cultural producers together to explore how leisure practice – both traditional and emergent – shape and are shaped by creative and connected communities.
